Vincent Ligtelijn and Francis Strauven collected and edited the writings of Aldo van Eyck, including the hitherto unpublished manuscript of 'The Child, the City and the Artist', which is published as a separate, second volume. The publication is a major contribution to the ongoing research into and understanding of the work of one of the most influential Dutch architects of the twentieth century.
