Your application will be assessed by the departmental research nestor. His advice informs the Daily Board, in which all chairholders (professors) are present, and a decision will be made. The outcome will be shared with you approximately within 6-8 weeks after you submitted your application.

In the case of a positive outcome, you’ll receive an invitation for an interview with the proposed supervisor of your research. After the interview, a final decision will be made.The actual admission, then, is still contingent upon the remaining formal assessment of your diplomas and your funding plan. As you reach this stage, you’ll be informed on how to proceed.
